If you live in a new home where we installed the plumbing, you probably have a limited warranty. What that means is the home's water pipes, plumbing fixtures and gas lines that were installed by Tucson Plumbing are guaranteed to give good service for a specific period of time after you take possession of the home.

Warranty examples: the water heater is warranted not to leak for a period of five years; toilets have a one year warranty and faucets one year. Depending on the brand of the faucets in the home, some manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty and would replace the fixture at no cost, but you would be responsible for the installation labor charges after the home plumbing warranty expires. In addition, Tucson Plumbing guarantees our workmanship for two years

If you need warranty service, call (520) 881-6000 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you have a plumbing emergency outside those hours, a message will prompt you to call our emergency repair number.

We maintain a database of all the homes in which we have installed plumbing, but if you are not the original owner, it sometimes takes a while to locate records. To speed the process, when you call please have the following information handy: the original homeowner's name, street address, unit number, lot number, project or subdivision name and close of escrow or move-in date.
